It has been a beautiful and pleasant early summer.
The flowers and plants in the garden are blooming rapidly🌹.
The days are getting longer, we can spend more time in the garden and enjoy a refreshing drink.
A simple cocktail made with a liqueur called Aperol is a favourite in our house 😆 I feel like having a cocktail and cooking dinner is a holiday tradition.
This time I enjoyed making white asparagus, which is almost out of season, and a summer vegetable dish called ratatouille.
