Today I'm in a very wet Kuta, Bali, where my plans of walking the streets are challenged by the weather. So I take you to my favorite place to eat in possibly all of Southeast Asia - a place called Warung Indonesia.
A mother and daughter on a girl's trip getting a massage wave me in off the street and we chat about their holiday, how long they're here, where they're from and what their plans are.
I also meet a local Indonesian family who have been running a surf shop for the last thirty years and ask where they're from and how much hiring a surf board would cost.
I also visit the Bali memorial remembering the incident that took place at the Sari Club in 2002. There are rumors that the now vacant ground on which it stood will be transformed into a park.
There's a banana test to be had as well as a surfboard cover maker who tells us briefly about price and the time it takes for him to make a cover.
A fun but wet walk around Kuta, Bali.
