Ingredients
Chicken legs
Potatoes cut in similarly size
Onion chopped
Bell pepper chopped
6 Garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup olive oil add in your favorite spices and mix well
Season to your taste
Sauce mix
1 cup water
1 tablespoon better than  bouillon I used the vegetable base. chicken base or  Italian base  will work also
1 tablespoon of cornstarch optional

Directions
Pre heat oven 375°
Place potatoes in a casserole dish add some of the minced garlic and some of your olive oil spice mixture coat each potato . Next add the remaining olive oil mixture to your chicken make sure each piece of chicken has some spice mixture on it and place the chicken on top of the potatoes add on the remaining garlic your onions and bell peppers pure sauce mixture around the chicken cover with foil place in your preheated oven bake covered 1 hour and uncovered for 30-40 minutes internal temperature of chicken should be 165 if you would like a darker color to your chicken place under the broiler for a few minutes Thanks for watching 🥰
