Laurie and Ross are always keen to broaden their horizons, so jumped at the chance to visit Ruma - an up-and-coming speciality rum bar on Broughton Street in Edinburgh. Laurie has been a casual fan of quality rum for a few years, becoming familiar with desirable names such as Caroni, Foursquare and Hampden from his time working in auctions. Ross' experience however is more or less limited to sporadic cocktails for when he "fancies something exotic".
The chaps sit down with bar owner Stevie for a blether and a bit of an education.
