~INGREDIENTS~

Measuring cup- 200 ml

Whole wheat flour or atta- 2 cup or 300g approx
Grated Gud or jaggery- 1/2 cup or 150 g approx
Chopped dry coconut- 1/4 cup
Chopped cashewnuts- 2 tbsp
Ghee- 4 tsp
Elaichi powder or cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Saunf or Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
Warm Water- Little less than 1/2 cup

Oil for frying
