Reading to Oxford (Via Didcot) Cab View in 1988
Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this video is courtesy of my old friend Nick Winfield who video'd this cab view back in mid 1988. It was taken from a 3 car DMU on a Reading to Bicester sevice. Nick seemed to be filming this from the passenger compartment hence all the chatter. Watch out for the interesting loco haulage on the Up and Down Mainlines between Reading and Didcot. I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories.
