Erwan Heussaff and Nico Bolzico are back on the channel and this time, they mean business. The brothers and business partners are here to talk about their restaurant, Chingolo Deli, where they serve their Bolzico Beef; and the process behind opening their newest branch in Molito, Alabang.
Erwan and Nico will be sharing a lot of their personal experiences as entrepreneurs, the challenges that come with opening (and closing!) their past ventures, and their latest joint project that they put their hearts into.
