Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Vzbot bedplate custom cut how to setup.
I think the 330 size is perfect for most 3d printing tasks out there...

First things first I am terrible with power tools! lol!
As I said before no tv magic all mistakes I made will be shown so you don’t do the same thing... but I was able to make it work so you now have a much better chance of doing a much better job! Measure twice then cut once and drill once!!
this is an ongoing video series on building a vzbot from a used 100.00 tronxy x5sa from a user who has never built one before.

The hole placement is m4 4mm from the side and bottom of the corner where they intersect that is where you drill and the middle is 165mm center and 4mm of edge.

I had ordered the plate a while ago For the VZbot 3d printer and forgot that it was a 13-inch by 13-inch plate.
The plate was like 57.00 including shipping it was super flat! The only thing is the edges they have to deburr or sanded because they are sharp! I was told this by the company they only cut so roughness is to be expected. That being said it is super easy to smooth out!
also, they do not do metrics.

If you want a plate like this, go to http://www.midweststeelsupply.com/
Rachael was my contact there.

You can avoid doing any drilling or sanding by going to get a perfect vzbot bed with that bling factor! and it will probably have bling shipping cost too.
Here https://f3d-racing-fdm.myshopify.com/products/print-bed-vzbot-330x330
The cost is 70.00 plus shipping better check out what shipping it can be very high…

Mellow has beds now also but the quality may vary, and shipping also can be very high.
it is almost the same as the german version so I would go with the f3d then aliaexpress.com if I had to.

The extrusions I got were from www.zyltech.com
They are pretty cheap the way it works is you pick the extrusion closest to the size you need example say you need a 20/20 350mm you pick the 400 mm tell them the size you need and pay 1.50 per cut. Or get longer extrusions and have multiple cuts.
Any problem with the cuts they will sort it out!
They do not do blind joints, nor do they tap the end holes you do that it's diy.

This video is long but I wanted to talk about the bed and why I do certain things so you will know and understand why you do something and not just do things blindly because someone said so… we are learning together.

Since this video is long, I will probably add time indexing so you can jump to certain parts... in the next day or 2.
and I will have subtitles for ten languages let me know if you need a certain language in the comments below.

I would like to do about two videos a week, but this week life got in the way.
And then my cat decided to do some editing without me knowing about it.
She deleted some files...
subscribe leave me a message below I will respond... any questions feel free to ask...

And thanks for being here.
if this helps you or saved you some money you can always buy me a cup of coffee if you like!
