A fellow camper and I challenged ourselves to make beef stew on a winter camping trip. It was easy to make. Simply sauté the beef and vegetables, then boil in water and wine, and finally add demi-glace sauce and simmer a bit more.
When it was finished we found it needed a bit more water, but it was still very good. This time we used UNIFLAME’s campfire set.
