Join me today for another model railway discussion where once again I'm diving into the world of TT:120. Since it's launch just over 2 years ago now we've had plenty of people proudly declaring that the scale is a fad and even going as far to say that this would be the end of Hornby altogether.
Obviously that hasn't happened but realistically what are the long term prospects for TT:120 within the model railway hobby? Can it survive or is it doomed to become a short lived gimmick in a few years time once the initial enthusiasm has faded?
Having ha practical experience with building my own TT:120 model railway I'm fairly familiar with what's possible with the scale including it's pros but also its cons.
