Since we love CARDIO routines so much, here’s a new “No-Jump Cardio” session! But this time, it's a bit different because we’re combining it with toning exercises. This way, we’ll activate the metabolism, increase heart rate, and strengthen muscles at the same time.
We’ll start with a **warm-up** to prepare the muscles and joints. Then, in each track, we’ll work on different parts of the body, combining cardiovascular exercises with toning-focused movements.
These are simple exercises that engage multiple muscle groups at once, without impact—helping to protect your bones and joints.
