止咳潤肺防流感
雪梨川貝紅蘿蔔粟米瘦肉湯
材料：
川貝20克（約半兩）
雪梨3個
紅蘿蔔一個
粟米一支
雪耳一個
瘦肉400克（已出水）
南北杏20克
無花果2粒
薑2片
處理：
1. 雪耳，清水浸30分鐘至軟身。
2. 粟米，去皮，清水浸，與雪梨及紅蘿蔔，一齊浸。
3. 川貝、南杏及無花果，清水浸20分鐘。
4. 洗乾淨煲。
5. 雪梨，洗乾淨，一開四，去芯，放煲內。
6. 粟米，洗乾淨，一開八，放煲內。
7. 紅蘿蔔，去皮，洗乾淨，切一舊舊，放煲內。
8. 薑片，放煲內。
9. 瘦肉，放煲內。
10. 雪耳，洗乾淨，放煲內。
11. 川貝及南北杏，洗乾淨，放煲內。
12. 無花果，洗乾淨，一開二，放煲內。
13. 在煲內加入清水至容量5升。
烹調：
1. 湯，大火煲滾。
2. 湯，煲滾後，轉中慢火，煲一小時。
3. 湯，已煲好，熄火，焗一小時。
4. 完成，可享用。
Carrot and sweet corn soup with fritillaria cirrhosa and pears
Ingredients:
Fritillaria cirrhosa 20g (about 0.5 tael)
Chinese pears 3 Nos.
Carrot 1 No.
Sweet corn 1 No.
Snow fungus 1 No.
Pork meat 400g（already boiled）
South and bitter apricot kernels 20g
Dried figs 2 Nos.
Ginger 2 slices
Preparation:
1. Snow fungus, soak in tap water for 30 minutes until it turns soft.
2. Sweet corn, get it peeled. Soak in tap water with pears and carrot.
3. Fritillaria cirrhosa, kernels and dried figs, soak in tap water for 20 minutes.
4. Rinse a pot.
5. Pears, rinse with tap water. Divide each into 4 shares. Remove seeds. Put in the pot.
6. Sweet corn, rinse with tap water. Divide each into 8 shares. Put in the pot.
7. Carrot, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Cut in pieces. Put in the pot.
8. Ginger slices, put in the pot.
9. Pork, put in the pot.
10. Snow fungus, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot.
11. Fritillaria cirrhosa and kernels, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot.
12. Dried figs, rinse with tap water. Divide each into 2 shares. Put in the pot.
13. Add in water up to volume of 5L.
Steps:
1. The soup, heat up at high flame.
2. The soup boils up, turn to medium-low flame and boil for an hour.
3. The soup has been boiled well, turn off fire and leave it for an hour.
4. Complete. Serve.
