Cheese sauce makes many things better. You can pour it over steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and more.
Here is the recipe:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of whole milk
8 ounces of shredded cheese
Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan on medium-low heat and add flour. Whisk the flour so it blends with the butter. Add milk slowly and stir constantly until blended and smooth. When this sauce thickens add the cheese and let it melt through.
If desired you could add a sprinkle of paprika, or a 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard powder to a boost in flavor.
