Chettinad Poondu Oorugai/ Garlic pickle recipe by Revathy Shanmugam
Ingredients:
Garlic- 1/4 kg
Red chillies - 40nos (11/2 cup)
Jeera-1/4 cup
Fenugreek-1 tbsp
Coriander seeds- 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder- 2 tsp
Jaggery-1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 1 1/2 cup
Mustard- 1 tbsp
Urad dhal- 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil- 1/2cup
Curry leaves- 1/2 cup
Salt- Little less than half cup
