Chuck roast! My friends, it's like we always say, there's no not tender meat on tender cattle. And that's exatcly what I'll show you with this foresquarter roast, made with Coqueiro Slaughterhouse meat, from São Lourenço do Sul, in Rio Grande do Sul (a state in Brazil). Just like so many make their barbecue roast every weekend, this beautiful chuck was made in a tin can grill. Recording this video reminded me the flavor of the roasts that my grandpa used to make in my childhood, and for sure is one of the most complete in my channel. I'll say it again: here, you'll see from the cut to the roast, like you've never seen before!
By the way guys, I've served the chuck the way I like it, but if you like it well done, or rare, just leave it longer or less time in the fire, ok? I hope you guys enjoy the video! Enjoy your roasts, and a hug from the "gaucho"!
