- 20oz chicken breast ( approx. 2-3 chicken breasts)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or any seasoning of choice)
- Queso sauce:
- 7oz 2% cottage cheese
- 2oz fat free greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons salsa
- 2 tablespoons red enchilada sauce
- Garlic powder & salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons pico de gallo
- 2oz reduced fat cheese
- 2oz fat free cheddar
- 8 low carb burrito tortillas

Store frozen and reheat by microwaving for 2-3 minutes and you have one of the easiest and tastiest high protein snacks you can getIngredients:
- 8 low carb burrito tortillas (I used @Counter protein tortillas)
- 6oz Turkey pepperoni, cut into 4ths
- 10oz marinara sauce
- 7oz blended fat free cottage cheese
- 3oz 2% mozzarella
- 3oz Fat free mozzarella
- Seasonings of choice (I used the Kinder Roasted Garlic & Brown Butter for the mix + topping the rolls)

Taco pasta salad
- A box of protein pasta
- 2 lbs of ground beef - cook up & add taco seasoning
- Combine noodles & beef in a big bowl
- Add anything you want - I added a can corn, some shredded cheese (about 2 cups of shredded cheese)
- 8oz of shredded lettuce
- We added Quest nacho cheese chips for added protein but you don’t have to or you could add anything kind of chips. We also added queso
