SPECIFICALLY for this Dubai Chocolate recipe, I immediately learned from a foreign Vlogger. From several videos that I have studied, Alhamdulillah the most suitable one is using his recipe. Because the appearance is OK. ❤️BUTTER INGREDIENTS [CHEAP JAM WITHOUT PISTACHIO]
👉250 gr Roasted Peanuts or can be mixed with roasted Cashew Nuts in a ratio of 1:1. Or you can also use full cashew nuts, according to taste. I use 175 GR Peanuts and 75 gr Cashew Nuts Rp. 8750 + Rp. 4500 = Rp. 13,250
👉30 gr or equivalent to 3 tablespoons of Powdered Milk Rp. 2800
👉30 to 45 gr or equivalent to 2 to 3 tablespoons of Powdered Sugar, according to taste Rp. 800
👉30 ml of Cooking Oil or equivalent to 6 tablespoons [regular tablespoons, not measuring spoons] Rp. 600
👉Sufficient blue coloring, which is oil-based, not water-based, aka Oil-based coloring, specifically for chocolate coloring so as not to damage the chocolate texture and keep the Kataifi texture crispy Rp. 500
👉45 gr or equivalent to 3 tablespoons of Tahini, for a creamier texture [Tahini Recipe is shared separately]. Rp. 3800
❤️NOTE: I deliberately did not use White Chocolate because after testing, the texture of Butter using WC tends to be thicker and less melted. Honestly, it tastes better without white chocolate, but it all comes down to personal taste. NOTE.

👉150 gr Kataifi Crispy that we have made
👉Butter Pistachio KW that we have made, Total weight around 345 gr
❤️CHOCOLATE SHELL INGREDIENTS
👉Around 600 gr Compound Chocolate can be DCC or Milky [Enough for 4 Bars] Rp. 40,200
❤️DECORATIONS
👉A little yellow and green Chocolate Bars for decoration, around 10 gr each Rp. 1200
❤️TOTAL CAPITAL Rp. 68,900
👉1 This recipe makes 4 Dubai chocolate bars, using a mold measuring 16.5 x 8.4 cm and 1.9 cm high with a weight of approximately 280 grams each. Box, for the main capital of this KW Dubai chocolate is IDR 17,225. This does not include packaging, also the electricity cost for blending the ingredients. With very WOW results and extraordinary deliciousness, honestly this KW Dubai chocolate is really cheap and very suitable for a sales idea.
If sold, ideally per 1 bar is priced at IDR 50,000 to IDR 70,000 only. The profit is manifold because it requires skill, energy & takes a lot of time.
