INGREDIENTS----------------------------------------
6 Slices thick cut bacon (chopped small)
1 Lb. Ham ( small cubes)
1 Small onion (finely chopped)
3 Green Onions with green (chopped small)
3 Celery ribs (chopped small)
1 1/4 C. Carrots (small cubes)
3 Large Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
Fresh corn off the cob (5 small)
2 Medium Russet Potatoes (small cubes)
1 1/2 tsp dried Thyme leaves
2 Bay Leaves
1/2 C. All Purpose Flour
4 C. Chicken broth
3 C. Whole Milk
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
1 1/2 Tbsp Bacon grease
2 Tbsp butter
Chopped Italian Parsley for garnish

● BROTH i used______________________
4 C. Hot water
4 tsp Better than Bouillon

EXTRAS_________
Crostini bread (any crusty bread you like is good)
