Today I would like to share with you an easy to make crispy pizza that requires no fermentation.
You can put whatever toppings you like on a thinly spread dough, and a crispy baked pizza is delicious.
It can be baked right away when you want to eat it, so feel free to make it.

Crispy Pizza
(Ingredients) For 2 pizzas 30 cm in diameter
200 g light flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
100g warm water

(1/2 of dough (shirasu edamame cheese)
30g dried baby sardines
50g edamame
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
50g pizza cheese

(tomato sausage) 1/4 amount of dough
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 sausage sausages
1 green bell pepper
25g pizza cheese

(Tomato basil) 1/4 of dough
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tomato
25 g pizza cheese
4-5 basil leaves


Bake at 210°C for 15 minutes
Toaster oven: 15 min. on high heat
Grill: 10 minutes on high heat
