Chocolate chip cookies
Materials:
1 package (250 gr) room temperature margarine (unfortunately this cookie does not work with butter, it disperses)
1 cup of powdered sugar
Half a glass of starch
1 teacup (50ml) of oil
2 egg yolks
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
Flour as much as it takes (it will be a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. My dough took 4.5 - 5 cups of flour in total. But this may vary depending on the size of the egg and the brand of the flour. So be sure to start with 3 glasses and then increase the flour. As soon as the dough is spread, we stop adding flour as soon as it does not stick to the hand, it has a soft consistency)
I used Dr. Oetker's fruity sauce on the red cookie. Normally it is cooked with 1 glass of water, but I have cooked it with half a glass of water to have a dense consistency.
Apple Mortar Recipe
1 apple
2 scoops of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 spoons of walnuts
Apples are grated. It is cooked on low heat with sugar. When the bottom is covered, cinnamon and walnut are added.
I used a total of 3 packages (240 gr) of chocolate.
