材料 (做40-42合桃酥):
120克 合桃
2顆 雞蛋
300毫升 油
160克 細砂糖
500克 中筋麵粉
5克 泡打粉
2克 小蘇打

蛋液: 1顆 雞蛋

350F 焗18-25分鐘

Ingredients (make 40-42 cookies):
120g walnut
2 pc egg
300ml oil
160g caster sugar
500g all purpose flour
5g baking powder
2g baking soda

Egg Wash: 1 egg

Bake at 350F for 18-25 mins
