If you’re short on time this Chinese New Year, these butter cookies will save your celebrations! 🤣 It took me only about 2 hours from preparing the ingredients to baking all the cookies. They’re incredibly easy to make, and you get to enjoy three flavors in one! Buttery, fragrant, and melt-in-your-mouth, these are the perfect treats to enjoy a taste of the festive season before the New Year begins.

🥠 Unsalted Butter (room temperature) - 240g
🥠 Icing sugar - 80g
🥠 Salt - 2 g
🥠 Vanilla Extract - 5g
🥠 Low Protein Flour - 160g
🥠 Corn Flour - 160g
🥠 Instant Coffee - 3g
🥠 Matcha powder - 1/4 teaspoon
🔥 Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes
