This is a bit different; this isn't a hobby focused video. I had to make some proper parts a while back....
I had a batch of these round steel parts to make, which featured a hole and counterbore through the front and several holes drilled through the side.
I do this all manually and order of operations is important, and to avoid several hours of deburring, I elected to drill the counterbore after drilling the holes through the side. However a standard boring bar was having issues, at least using normal feeds and speeds.
As a last ditch effort I trued regrinding an annular cutter to be more suitable for counterboring, this is because the standard geometry does not allow for this. I don't have a tool and cutter grinder, so I had to rely on using a cup grinding wheel in the mill and the dividing head to get it done.
