Join me for a QUICK and simple day in the life as I battle a neck/shoulder injury and still attempt to put my best foot forward for my family. Today, I’m cooking up a nourishing beef roast meal, perfect for a cozy family dinner. I certainly wish my family would have enjoyed it. But sadly no one else ate it the way I intended it to be enjoyed. HA! Such is life...☺️
I’ll take you through my morning self-care routine—from a slow and healing stretching and gentle movement session to prepping a hearty, wholesome meal that filled my home with warmth and happiness. Off camera, I spent the bulk of this day researching content creation and how to's on content planning, scheduling, and other various things I'm still striving to learn so that I can continue to bring you helpful and encouraging videos more consistently. ⏰
As we cook together, I’ll share tips for making the driest, yet most delicious roast I've ever had (this is sarcasm), creating a meal that’s both nutrient-dense and comforting. Whether you’re looking for inspiration or just want to unwind with a cozy cook-along/minimal day of homemaking, I hope this video brings a sense of peace and encouragement to your day. This was a day where we did NOT get it all done but we got SOME things done and that's okay too!!
