INGREDIENTS 🔻:
• 1 egg
• 80 g of sugar
• 80 ml sunflower seed oil
• zest of one lemon
• 5 g baking powder
• 180 of 00 flour
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 C° for 25-30 minutes
For the cream:
• 400 ml of milk
• 1 egg yolk
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• juice of half a lemon
