Ingredients:
Chocolate jelly:
Milk - 500 ml
Cocoa - 3 tablespoons
Sugar - 100 g
Chocolate - 100 g
Gelatine - 20 g
Multicolored jelly:
Milk - 200 ml
Sugar - 50 g
Gelatine - 8 g
Jelly in different colors - 3-4 packs
Preparation:
Chocolate jelly:
Heat 500 ml milk, add 3 tablespoons cocoa, 100 g sugar, 100 g chocolate and 20 g soaked gelatine. Mix well and heat until completely dissolved. Leave to cool to room temperature and pour a 2 cm thick layer into a larger mold.
Colored jelly:
Heat 200 ml milk, add 50 g sugar and 8 g soaked gelatine. Mix everything well. Heat until all the ingredients are completely dissolved.
Pour the jelly into a smaller mold with a layer of half a centimeter and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Dissolve 3-4 ready-made jellies of different colors and pour them after the 0.5-centimeter layer of milk, and so on.
Put the frozen colored jelly on a layer of chocolate jelly and pour the remaining chocolate jelly on top.
Place in the fridge for 1-1.5 hours.
