I need to troubleshoot some issues I'm having with my 1993 Chevy Pickup. In this video I show you how I used an old laptop, free trial software, and a USB to TTL Adapter to completely scan and troubleshoot issues I'm having with my OBD1 truck.
I couldn't find much info on YouTube regarding this subject so I decided to make this video.
I also show you a complete cable you can pickup on the internet if you don't want to go down the DIY cable path. These steps wont work for every vehicle but with a little research this video might help you get something started.
