Another fairly deep dive in my dont starve theories, about on par with that of pig theory and I think this theory can have many different themes but overall rounds out at a neutral type investigation because we still have a lot of questions about Alter, the Moon, the plants of Dont Starve, the Elder mandrakes, the brightshade, the gestalts, and everything else related to lunar alignment, and even how wagstaff has seemingly aligned himself with it as well. And ofcourse wormwood, his carrats, saladmanders, lightbugs, and the green gem that animates him

I go over almost everything in regards to plants and their relation to the moon in this video, minus some other entities connected to the moon(Alter) like crab king and his crab knights, thats a can of worms for a whole other video. Our story starts surprisingly, the same place The Pig Theory took place, in Hamlet though for a different reason due to the hue made by the aporkalypse moon. And then we can actively observe the sentient elder mandrakes, seemingly being creations of alter and the moon and the progenitors of all mandrakes in the constant with their screams and their children the mandrakes producing the same narcotic like sleep inducing effect on creatures in the constant. I then run it back to how it and the moon are all connected and bring a potentially brand new context to lureplants and how they are affectively minions of alter. I also talk about treeguards and how they are basically the one exception to this rule. Back to alter, theres plenty to talk about and how it basically created wormwood on purpose using the green gem in his chest and enchanting it with pure brilliance in order to create him. And how it may also be the leader of the lord of the fruit flies. I then mention stuff along the lines of Leafy meat or plant meat and how it may have an equally dark implication of Monster Meat and how and what leafy meat may actually be.I finally tie this back to wormwood and how his permanent alignment to alter and his Lunar Roots ties him to being Alters indirect diplomat for the survivors of the constant, similar to how wagstaff and charlie act as their own diplomats to them.
