While I got 'stuck' only playing Marshall plexis, I went looking for something different and went down the rabbit hole of Dr. Z amplifiers. In the span of a few months I played their Z-Wreck Jr., Therapy, EZG50, Maz 18 Mk2 and Remedy. Now I'm trying to answer the questions I asked myself during that period: are these amps worth the price of admission? After I went down this road, I hope to be answering this question for others!
