Video Not Working? Fix It Now

In this video you will learn how to perfectly grout and fill a ready-clad drywall. We call this last step in erecting a stud wall made of plasterboard “finishing”. When filling gypsum walls, one speaks of quality levels. In this video you will learn everything you need to know about quality level 1 (Q1 - basic filling) and quality level 2 (Q2 - finish). We will also show you how to prepare the wall for further painting work by priming it. We also give you important tips on how to avoid cracks later when finishing the partition.

Our Knauf demonstration masters Tarkan, Michael and Adi give you professional tips for your drywall project in this video series. Do you want to move in a wall? We'll show you step by step what to do. This video is part of our comprehensive guide in 4 parts:

About the "Drywall Constructio Guide" series:
Tarkan, Adi and Michael are our Knauf demonstration masters. Her job is to support construction professionals with their drywall projects on a daily basis.
For this season we have decided to collect the most important information, tips & tricks on the subject of drywall, in particular a stud wall with a door and corner, for you. Regardless of whether you want to build a partition yourself or just a room divider - here you will learn firsthand how it is done from professional craftsmen.
Knauf metal stud walls are an equivalent alternative to "light", solid interior walls for interior construction. Due to the dry and quick assembly as well as the slim wall cross-sections, with the best heat, sound and fire protection properties, partition walls made of plasterboard are particularly versatile. They are stable and ensure the necessary peace and comfort in your own four walls.
