Duck marinade recipe:
Salt - 1 tbsp. spoon
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Rub the duck and leave for 3 hours.

Preparation:
Bake the duck in a sleeve or in a casserole dish at a temperature of 190⁰-200⁰ for about 1.5 hours.

Brush the duck with sauce
Honey - 1 tbsp. spoon
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. spoon
Garlic - 1 clove.
Fry in the oven until golden brown for 10-15 minutes.
