Recently, I've found many blog posts and videos of crafters dyeing 100% acrylic yarn using acrylic craft paints. I was skeptical of how this would work, but I wanted to try it myself to see if it was a cool dyeing hack. In the following video, I will dye 3 mini skeins of acrylic yarn with diluted acrylic paint. I will machine wash one of the skeins with soap and hand wash another with just water to see if the paint stays attached to the yarn. Watch to see how this turns out!
