▷Ingredients(16×7cm pound mold):
100g dry fruit(Figs, prunes, cranberries )
4g tea leaves
35g water

120g unsalted butter
110g sugar
2 eggs
110g cake flour
25g ground almonds
1/3 tsp(1.5g) baking powder
※I used cane sugar in the video.It will be rich in flavor. You can also use granulated sugar or white sugar instead.

70g powder sugar
10 - 15g lemon juice

Please be aware that powdered sugar must be without cornstarch.
