Easiest Best Bread Ever, my bread my way

3 cups flour (I generally use bread flour)
1 teaspoon yeast
1-2 teaspoons salt
Stir dry ingredients
1 1/2 cups of hot water ( read the package of yeast to determine what the temperature of your water should be)
Let raise an hour+ if using instant yeast - using regular yeast raise overweight 12-18 hours then put in baking dish to raise again. Instant yeast 30-60 minutes or more - regular yeast an hour or more
If you want to add in herbs about 3 teaspoons is good. When adding in lemon juice I add 2 Tablespoons and reduce the amount of hot water by 2 Tablespoons.

Bake until golden, pulled away from the edges, and sounds hollow. Be sure to preheat your oven to 450. Bake 25-40 minutes depending on your oven. Remove from pan immediately.
Tip, when making any bread place the pan on a lower oven rack. You want the top of the pan to be in the middle of the oven. In my oven I put the Bread on the next to the lowest rack, the 2nd from the bottom.
