Maple Fudge
1 can cream cheese frosting
2 TB butter
1 1/2 bags white chocolate chips
1-2 TB maple extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Stir together frosting m, butter and white chocolate chips in a glass bowl. Microwave 30 seconds, stir. Microwave another 30 seconds, should be fully melted at this point (if not, continue in 30 seconds intervals until melted).
Add extract and nuts, stir to combine then pour into a parchment lined pan. Let sit on counter until firm. Slice and enjoy!
