How often do you guys have Doenjang Jjigae?
I personally prefer Doenjang Jjigae over Kimchi Jjigae so I cook this alot,
and whenever I do, it always ends up tasting different.
With Mat Doenjang, it'll be easier and tastier!
[Ingredients]
📌Mat Doenjang
Homemade doenjang 300g
Store-bought doenjang 200g
Dried anchovies 50g
Dried shiitake mushrooms 6, about 20g
Dried radish 50g
📌Other
1/2 Leek
1/2 Zucchini
1 Red pepper
1 Green pepper
1/2 Onion
1 Small tofu
Recommended: Crab
