Today, we're going to cook Koreans' favorite soup,
seaweed soup!
There are so many ways to make seaweed soup,
So, I've experimented with making soup that tastes the best!
[Ingredients]
20g of seaweed
1 onion
2T of sesame oil
*100g or 1/2 cup of cooking wine*
1T of soy sauce for soup
2T of tuna extract
Salt
White pepper
*Add or omit minced garlic to your taste*
*Soaking water*
500g of water
2T of soy sauce (30g)
[Cooking tips]
1. Soak the seaweed in soy sauced water.
2. Rub the seaweed before stir-frying it.
3. Add half a cup of cooking wine when stir-frying the seaweed.
4. If you have onions, add 1 whole.
5. Go lightly on the soy sauce for soup and fish extract, and season the rest of the soup's flavor with salt.
6. Add white pepper.
