Making baby back ribs in the oven is super simple. Follow these steps and you'll see for yourself.
Take the ribs and trim them up as seen in the video. Dry them off with paper towel, and slice them into individual ribs. Use yellow mustard as a binder and season all sides of the ribs using your favorite BBQ Rub. For this video I used the Hey Grill Hey Rib Rub ( https://bit.ly/3BwJliZ ) and use promo code SMOKESHOW to save 15%. I placed them on my favorite baking sheet ( https://amzn.to/4eUPOTr ) and into the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325F. At this time I removed them from the oven and wrapped them in foil with some Hey Grill Hey Mapble Bourbon Glaze (https://bit.ly/3BtPXyy ) and some butter and back into the oven for 1 hour at 350F. Toothpick test time! Check for desired tenderness. My bite off the bone ribs were done at this 1 hour mark. Now remove them from the foil and place them back onto the wire rack and drizzle the juices from the foil onto the ribs. Back into the oven at 450F for 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze!
