Belgian Waffle Recipe (15 pieces)
120 ml fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon yeast

150 g bread flour (1 cup + 2.5 tablespoons)
75 g cake flour (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
2 tbsp (28 g) eggs
36 g (3 tbsp.) granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor
2.5 tablespoons butter (37 - 38 g)

How to do it roughly
1. Mix the milk with yeast and set aside for 10 - 15 minutes.
2. Mix the bread flour, cake flour and sugar together enough to make a hole in the middle.
3. Beat the egg yolks and egg whites together. Measure the eggs into the flour.
4. Add vanilla flavor Milk mixed with yeast into the flour
5. Stir well enough. Use your hands to sweep all the powder in the bowl to combine into one ball.
6. Roll out the dough, add butter.
7. Knead the dough for 12 - 15 minutes.
8. Let the dough rest 1.5 - 2 hours or until doubled in size.
9. Punch
10. Cut the dough to the desired size. (In the clip, cut into 15 pieces, each pack is 29 - 30 grams)
11. Roll the dough into a round shape.
12. Spread the dough and put the filling.
13. Warm up the waffle maker. oiled all over
14. Dip the batter in sugar (not dipping).
15. Put the dough into the machine. Bake until browned as desired.
