Combine the water, oil, egg, and two teaspoons of instant yeast in a bowl. Next, whisk together 3 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt. Work the dough until it becomes elastic and smooth. Move it to a bowl that has been oiled and allow it to rise for at least an hour. Place the dough on a baking tray, let it rise for at least 25 minutes, and then bake it for at least 18 to 20 minutes after gently punching it divide into 18 pieces and rolling it into a ball. When it's hot and ready to serve, brush it with butter or margarine.
