➼ Caroline Costes, in 2021, made a radical professional change. From a specialized educator, she converted to organic baking. She sells her bread every Wednesday at the Salviac market and the Cazal Market on Sundays.
➼ Caroline offers sourdough breads, artisanal pastries. She works alone in her small bakery in the middle of the countryside.
She agreed to share a day of work in her micro bakery.
