I am back home after completing my thru hike of the Vancouver Island Trail. After the excitement of successfully thru hiking a trail wears off, I often experience difficulty processing that it is over.
Getting back outside and on trail can actually be really challenging for me. I always feel better once I breathe in the fresh air and look around at all of the green, but sometimes it is hard for me to get there.
I hope you enjoy a new style of video I am trying. There is a lot of time between thru hikes that I would like to start capturing and sharing more of. Thank you so much for being here and for watching!
