Smt Alamelu Aachi , the main devotee for the construction of ' Arupadaiveedu Temple' at Besant Nagar Chennai. The Kodimaram was installed very early at the temple but construction of temple was slowly going on.After 13 years the Kodimaram fell down accidentally Oneday & broke down. Aachi was unhappy in this incident. Once few Sastrigals came fir darshan & one of them said , showing some photos that there's no need to think bad about that Kodimaram. They said the same for Kandakkottam, Tiruporur etc fell down & was installed again. Alamelu didn't get convinced and Sri Rajesh Gurukkal of her temple told her this " you won't get convinced in this. So place a sheet of paper & pencil near your bed beforeyou sleep. Mahaperiyava will appear in your dream & clarity that. You can write down whatever He says" As suggested by him she followed that for 2 days & on the 3rd day, she had a dream. In that she was walking towards her temple. Someone,
she thought as Gandhiji was walking at a distance. He shouted as ' Amma Amma' But suddenly He turn back & it was Periyava, who shouted as Alamelu Alamelu. Her husband 's brother come there & ask her the problem. She says due to hot sun light, her feet are burning. He goes to Periyava & get Periyava 's dhandam and ask her to hold which can cool her feet Periyava asked her the problem. She says about Kodimaram. Periyava called her to come close Asked her to show one of her ears Periyava chants a sloka Asked her to chant back.' 'Chant this for a mandalam' , Periyava said & after that the dream vanished. She immediately wrote that in a paper in the midnight. The sloka was told to Sri Sivakumar , Priest of her Tiruparankundram temple He confirm that ad ' Beejakshara mantram' Periyava had asked her to chant for 48 days & the kodimaram problem will be solved. But within a week she was able to fix date for mahakumbhabhishekam. But she ordered for ' kodimaram'@ at a shop at Tuticorin. Someone went to Tuticorin to this shop to purchase some wooden items/ logs and the shop owner who ordered log for Kodimaram from Burma for Arupadaiveedu was there at his shop. Shop owner requested that person to transport that Kodimaram log along with his load to Chennai asking him to deliver at Mahabalipuram address of Alamelu. Since the transport cost from Tuticorin to Mahabalipuram was around Rs 60000, she was hesitant due to shortage of funds with her and was praying to Periyava to help out. The Kodimaram was delivered to Alamelu Aachi. But the transporter refused to collect even a single pie from her for that..JAYA JAYA SHANKARA HARA HARA SHANKARA SRI MAHAPERIYAVA PADHAME CHARANAM!!
