Today, we are here with a video on replacing defective power cables and assembling a 250-kilowatt, 3000 RPM electric motor from ABB.
The cables of this electric motor were damaged due to loose connections and excessive current draw. After disconnecting the defective cables, the health of the electric motor was checked using a megger test. Then, the cables were replaced, and the electric motor was assembled and powered up.
