🔰 Prepare the filling:

- Add the minced meat and sauté until the liquid dries.
- Add salt, paprika, black pepper, meat spices, and ginger, then stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the grated onion, and stir for 3 minutes until wilted.
- Add the carrots and pepper, and stir for 2 minutes until the pepper wilts.
- Add the water, then leave it on the heat for 2 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.
