HOMEMADE BREAD RECIPE
500g flour 1 (0 flour or half 00 flour and half Manitoba is also fine)
300g warm water
1 sachet of dry brewer's yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
half a teaspoon salt
Let it rise for about 2 hours or until doubled
Second rising for 35 - 40 minutes
- Bake in a hot oven at 200° for the first 25 minutes with the lid on, another 25 - 30 minutes without the lid
CABBAGE "STRASCINATA" RECIPE
1 kg of cabbage
2 - 3 potatoes
100g of speck or bacon or guanciale
1 clove of garlic
