Foshan Qiandeng Lake:
In July 1999, the "Qiandeng Lake" project officially began construction.
In August 2001, the first phase of the Qiandeng Lake project was completed and put into use.
In 2007, "Qiandeng Lake" began to expand
In 2010, the second phase of "Qiandeng Lake": "Xigang Park" was merged into Qiandeng Lake.
In 2015, the fourth phase of "Qiandeng Lake": Kuixing Pavilion of "Xigang Park" was completed.
In October 2016, the foundation stone of "Nanhai Cultural Center" was laid on the west side of Qiandeng Lake.
The surface area of Qiandeng Lake is about 132 mu (88,000 square meters), the shoreline is about 2.2 kilometers long, the water depth along the shore is 0.8-1.2 meters, and the deepest point in the center is 2.8 meters.
佛山千燈湖：

2010年，「千燈湖」二期：「璽崗公園」併入千燈湖。

“千燈湖”湖面約132畝（88000平方米），湖岸線長約2.2千米，沿湖岸水深均為0.8—1.2米，中央最深處達2.8米。
