This lathe turned out beautiful and it's my new main lathe in the shop!
I found a South Bend Heavy 10L from 1938 at a garage sale and dragged it home for cleanup and restoration. I live in the frozen hell-scape of the American Midwest so this was a lovely winter project. I show every step of the rebuild and goof around in the process so I hope it gives you a chuckle.

This videos contains some naughty words and bourbon, it should not be watched by squares... or most people actually. I would consider it the finest honor of my life if mrpete222 saw this and roasted it, I suppose I can dream.
