Gluten free Subway Buns

Ingredients:
GF Bread Flour : 1 cup
Gluten Free Bread Flour Recipe

Warm water :1/4 cup
Yeast : 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Cream of tartar : 1/4 tsp
Baking powder : 1/2 tsp
Egg : 1
Butter : 1tbsp
Apple cider vinegar : 1 tsp
Warm milk : as required to make a soft dough approximately 1/2 cup

Directions :
Add sugar and yeast in warm water and set aside for 5 minutes for proofing.
Add GF Bread Flour in a bowl.
Add baking powder, salt, cream of tartar in bread flour and mix all dry ingredients.
Add egg, butter, apple cider vinegar, yeast mixture in dry ingredients.
Add warm milk gradually and keep on beating with electric mixer.
Add sufficient amount of milk to make a soft dough.
Grease pan with oil and place butter paper on it.
Place subway molds on butter paper and grease them too.
Divide the dough in two equal parts and fill the dough in subway bun molds.
Place for proofing for an hour.
Preheat oven at 180 C.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Apply butter on hot subway buns.
Super soft subway buns are ready.
