100g potatoes (weight after boiling)
150g rice flour (Mizuho Chikara)
10g sugar
2g dry yeast
1g salt
10g olive oil (or other oil)
120g water (lukewarm water in winter)
Toppings
Rosemary
Thyme
Salt
Olive oil
(black pepper, anchovies.... (whatever you like)
Olive oil after baking is optional.
40°C(104°F)/10 min.
→40°C(104°F)/20 min.
→200°C(392°F)/20 min.
